keeping fit is a lifestyle,

and the feeling of sweating is great.
clocked 2.4km run in 10.17seconds,
and its like dying for ah KiaT already...

still far away from that target,
and my playground has that SBJ track,
and ah KiaT registered a 2.39m...
alas...

and that 12 chin up really looks shaky...

i've slackened...
shall not wear anymore ankle socks for run,
as i need to pull up my socks...

刚交完那昂贵的考费.
今年真的不能重犯去年的错,

今天可没去管理快计班...
将跟同学借作业来复印,

那管理快计的教师越来越PMS,
今天可把他们骂得狗血淋头...

X'mas 2007 was fun...
didnt join in the countdown at Orchard, its simply crowded!!
人挤人会挤死人....
but still drove down to Orchard for a movie...

and though the drive was slow, however seeing the beautiful lightings definitely make the wait worth it...
and driving and taking pictures is really fun!

and off he went, crashing to the ground,

and keep rolling rolling, like wad he said...

not to worry folks,
he is dem lucky, ya dem lucky to just have abrasion...
however, ah KiaT believes the mental harm cant be undone...


and to think the omen is coming...
just like the previous post ah KiaT entered,
we nearly got into an accident, with that lorry driver
NOT our fault..

and this time,
indeed an accident happen...
NOT his fault...

luckily,
with all the po bi, he escape unharm...
and the threesome still met up, for the dinner...

please be careful out there on the road,
though something cant be helped, as we all know...
