就算庸庸碌碌匆匆忙忙活过一辈子

everyday is spent studying,

its slowly becoming so hectic and somehow so meaningless.

but we do need that certificate.

is ah KiaT the only one feeling so?

April & May are usually the period when the English Premier League gets exciting and the games are a must-watch. Not for these few years.

September is a month for celebration, but these years had been spent waiting and mourning those results.

time for exercise break. this is the best way to distress.

shall be back blogging after exams.

and lets pray this swine flu thingy wun get too serious,

for which his friends can go for their USA trip,

and ah KiaT for his Hong Kong trip.

嘿我回来了

yes.
finding some time to blog.

what a week it has been!
however its April 10, exams are within a stone throw
and yet ah KiaT seems to have endless loads to study,
and yet he isnt doing that now.


last wednesday,
ah KiaT went drinking with the Team Jurong people.
They are non other than the sunday soccer pals, who mostly graduated from Nan Hua High School!

its been a long time since ah KiaT last drank so much alcohol.
and its not something take pride from.
but ah KiaT just have this 乁乁 in him that whenever he just love to drink whenever there is a chance.

together with eddy, wayne, jj, jiahao, melvin and ben,
they drank 2 towers of beer and 2 bottles of Johnnie Walker Black Label.


不好学喔, but its just some chill out session,
and its the 1st time ah KiaT drank with them.
and of all places,
inside SIM, Halo Bar.

and wow, that place got pool table, darts, KTV, dices, cards,
你要什么就有什么. except well u know what,
haha cause we like 男人.


anyway,
it wasnt good to drink so much,
as when ah KiaT reached home, it was so uncomfortable in his stomach that he had to force himself to output some of his input.

well, its really a long time.
ever since those army days...


anyway what a week,
as ah KiaT had 2 buffets within days.

the first was at Safra Mt Faber,
the Japanese buffet.
after a day of soccer last sunday,
playing in adverse wet weather...

it is actually a joy exercising every sunday,
playing soccer with friends that u've known since secondary schools.
having fun together and remembering the past.
Soccer is fun.
its all about playing beautifully, and hopefully to achieve something like this

and NOT this...


hahaha.


okie,
talking about the 2nd buffet.
its at Sunset Way.
a Chinese & Japanese restaurant named Pheonix something....

they served steamboat style, and have japanese dishes together.
and yesterday,
ah KiaT ate with lawry.
and they ate really hell lots of food.
so they decided to do something together.
the 2 of them only!
and for the 1st time.....

well,
for the 1st time, they went for an evening jog together!

at the same time, ah KiaT can trained for his sundown run.

they ran from West Coast Park all the way to NUH, and back to West Coast Park.
ah KiaT brought along his heart rate monitor, as he want to measure him heart rate and the zone level that he had set for himself and the calories burnt.

and the kuku ah KiaT brought the watch and the strap, but left the sensor at home!
well.............
anyway it was a great 44minutes run really.
that made ah KiaT woke up at 12pm this morning!

anyway ah KiaT is saving up.
yes he is proud to say that his monthly spending is around $250-$300.

Well,
that's because ah KiaT will be going on a short tour with seeks to Hong Kong!
Tickets have been booked.
Insurance and Lodging still in process.

alas,
我的国语说得不好, 粤语也不行.
嗨...
but ah KiaT is really looking forward to this trip!

after exams, shall do more research on where to go.
ah KiaT know nuts about Hong Kong.
Hong Kong drama also seldom watch.




and while ah KiaT took some time to look at his old photos today,
he really wonder if there's still another chance to try these again.





Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Sailing, Confidence Course, Sighting.

ah KiaT really missed those days.
well, hopefully if there's a chance to go and try these again.
