im old.
2 soccer games within 4 days...
tired muscles on his limbs, and they aint fully recover as yet..
ah KiaT's old.
the recovery period seems to take much more longer.
the latic acid is still in my body.
thank kiu you, ganesh, for changing the ankle guard for me,
and specially delivering it for me to the court.

ah KiaT's old.
he walks exceptionally slow when shopping.
he falls asleep easily.
he gets tired after eating.
he gets tired while driving.
he gets tired everytime he reach home.
2 games almost gives me a dead leg.
how to run that run @ the end of the year?
haha, seems like i've to really start training.
5 more weeks.
its certain that i will run the way like last year.
haha..
this time round with my ankle.
nexttime i shall let u all hear the Piaaakk sound.

The Cage~
The cage @ East Coast wasnt that bad though,
just that there is no bathing facilities....
or rather only the public toilet....
my favourite ear stud nearly got lost,
coz of that guy who rammed the ball against my left ear...
luckily it didnt get lost, or else..
haiz...
we played till late..
real late....

its gonna be Nov,
and something need to be ensure...
time to rest,

其实.....
驾驶是一件很愉快的事....

driving is an interesting thing....
:):):)
不必需要有很大马力的车,
只要有四个轮,可以拨CD卡带,
就是一辆很好的车了...
ah KiaT went to fetch ah Mei last night, and let her drive back....
and 其实,
ah KiaT loves to sit at the passenger seat...
dun always see ah KiaT drive here drive there,
but 其实,
its nice to be driven by someone close to u,
seeing how they drive, giving advice when neccessary...
驾驶是一件很愉快的事,
regardless you just pass your liscense or pass for afew years le.
however,
ah Mei, u need to drive more la... hahas...

everyone needs to drive more la...
for better experience....
then situations like car dancing, rowing off slope, nearly bang against wall wun happen... Þ

why were we wear those clothes, sport those hairstyles??
well, the growing up process....
picked up afew pictures from my ah Ma house...
and ah KiaT cant remember when these occassions were,
and neither he remember when were the photos taken...

但每次只是纸上谈兵....
不知不觉也快到那天了...
去年与多莫笨跑了42.195KM,
今年, 我们再一次重逢....
好久没见到他了....
还记得那一次, 他来我SRC组盘的BASH...
我的朋友还跟他说话...

真的是好久好久没相见了...
今年再跑一程....
应该会碰到很多PTI的朋友....
就像往年一样...
今年将多了瓦查啦未恩...
我想,
好朋友每年一次在这种情况下居合,
一起跑完这个路程,
是一见很好的感觉,
很骄傲的事,
很有满足感的心情...
一起脚开开,
慢吞吞的一拐一拐的回家..
哈哈哈哈.....
今年一样,
雨人, 奔省都有去...
但是, 多了学妹, 非有纳...

that time, when ah KiaT started the blog,
just out of boredom and to fufill his friends wish of seeing ah KiaT's poor enguish mistakes....
now, we had reached the 300+ posts....
ah KiaT has always blog about silly, nonsence stuffs...

there's still this sharp acute pain, especially when i climb stairs....
opps, i've been silent about it..
and school modules are starting to get heavy....
and when u do tutorials, the worst thing is the un-main lecturer comes in,
and teach worse than my favourite Peh....
and for drawing a straight line curvey than a curve...
and didnt go through the hard work of my tutorial..

my troubling ankle gave way again....
yes, that left ankle......
though not so serious like last time
many months ago,
ah KiaT twisted his left ankle, and ever since,
there's bit swelling though it no longer in pain....
yesterday soccer @ St Wilfred,
ah KiaT jumped and landed awkardly on that left ankle again...
ala Drogba....
and that PIIIAAAKKKK sound was so familiar...
all because of my 开了嘴巴的 soccer boots....
so footwear is very important in every sports we played in....
ah KiaT learnt a lesson....
hahas, that time when im injured,
wacharwayne & eddytipong thought im play acting and carry on playing....

my troubling ankle gave way again....
yes, that left ankle......
though not so serious like last time
many months ago,
ah KiaT twisted his left ankle, and ever since,
there's bit swelling though it no longer in pain....
yesterday soccer @ St Wilfred,
ah KiaT jumped and landed awkardly on that left ankle again...
ala Drogba....
and that PIIIAAAKKKK sound was so familiar...
all because of my 开了嘴巴的 soccer boots....
so footwear is very important in every sports we played in....
ah KiaT learnt a lesson....
hahas, that time when im injured,
wacharwayne & eddytipong thought im play acting and carry on playing....

to sum up,
ah KiaT played for 28minutes and spend the rest of the time watching the game...
还玩不爽就就出场了.......
its still swelling, though i can walk le...
it seems everytime i play sports, something may happen...
The last 3 soccer session, 2 times i ended up injured,
The last Hweesbee, my knees were bruised......
i've got to be more small heart, and play with care....
i guess my left ankle has joined my both knees le,
the expired limbs...
should i go and see that sinseh again??
i love to go there... hahas.....
i have few brushes with injuries,
yet suddenly im like so injury prone....

are my bones giving way???

my uncle asked me to bring his yet 12 months old son to play soccer in future,
and my mama was like...
等到你儿子会踢球, ah KiaT都几十岁了,跑不动.......
