my fifth marathon
SCSM 2006,2007,2008
Sundown 2009,
come this sunday, ah KiaT will be running his fifth marathon!
this is the year where ah KiaT really trains!
some runs with Hotstuff,
few runs with lawry,
alot self runs along woodlands ave 12 & estate of sembawang.
all the best for everyone!
ah KiaT shall see u all at the finishing line!
and lets have a wonderful lunch!
to share his experiences,
the day before the race,
ah KiaT always do the stretching the night before he sleeps.
Focus more on the hamstring, calf and gluteus maximus, which is your 屁屁.
Relax your mind, do not think of the run.
on race day,
Wake up early,
eat banana for breakfast & 1 energy bar.
and down a can of redbull when you reach padang!
that's his way of preparation!
