ah KiaT told wacharawayne,
he seems to get easily tired nowadays...
and its true...
ah KiaT always feel suddenly so sleepy and tired,
its just so sudden...
well,
and look now, 0308hrs,
what a weird lifestyle,
blogging at this point of time, and suddenly not feeling tired.
yes suddenly...
Real Madrid leading Barcelona 1-0 now,
and ah mei want to watch why why love,
so i let her watch....

its a nice day today,
with us the excos going to sentosa for a ground recce for Camp D...
and ah KiaT's team is lagging behind alot,
in terms of planning and paper work..
dun really like that.
actually i seriously dun like the fact that i have set task to do,
and only to realise i haven complete them...
just like today,
telling myself to wake up early to photocopy that stupid james MA notes,
and yet, i did woke up,
but procrastinate here and there,
and hence, job UNDONE!!

back to the sentosa thingy,
its pretty okie that we did what we want to do.
and ah KiaT and Rainer were like promoting the islander card for everyone.
hahas..
weather is on and off,
sometimes hot sometimes rain,
so, have a fair share of tanning too....
and after the recce, met up with wacharawayne,
to go edditipong house for a gathering, xmas one.
yes, its only ah KiaT, wacharawayne, edditipong and ah bui...
and to thank kiu you to wayne,
who drove me to eddy's house,
as well as drive me back...
and this ah siam kia bought a PSP,
and try to pyscho me too.
im glad to see my friend coming out to work,
earning a decent salary,
have plans for himself etc...
and come to think of it,
during that time where i have to play the role of 老大,
and help him in terms of financial..
hahahaa...
this ah siam kia is so much richer than me now!!!
its the 1st time we 4 gather to catch a soccer game together...
and we each pool in $15 for zichar,
and i must say the food is fantastic....
its a great fun,
watching soccer together,
and winning eleven together..
even though these 3 kaypoh keep teasing me,
when my 手机 keep 响ing.
its fun,
as we seldom meet up now,
due to the fact all of us are either busy with work or school...
and look,
they are so focus on the Man U match...
thats ah bui Junjie on the left, and wacharawayne on the right...
look at our food!!!
and eddy really enjoy the good food!!

ah KiaT must admit silently that ya,
he do drink and drive,
but ya, there's no such thing as drink responsibly.
but he do make a point, should he drink and drive,
he will really drink the bare minimum..
so this is how it goes,
at this cross junction,
where our traffic light is red,
wayne stop the bike and we chatted....
so this is how we position.
the small blue icon is our bike,
and any human will know where to turn to our lane next.
the purple icon signals the damn lorry, and
we all should know which lane he should turn to...
and yet this happen,
that damn lorry turned into our coming lane!!!
ah KiaT noticed the lorry, but my view was being blocked as he is sitting behind wayne.
and the next thing,
both of them saw a bright light coming towards their direction,
and they were like, 好象不对 eh...
and the lorry just went past us, very fast.
yes, no bull shit or dua pao.
the lorry is just an arm length away from us...
and it continue, at a relatively fast speed!!
and the cars behind us were equally as shocked as us...
the lorry driver is clearly drink driving...
its nothing at first, until later when we finally settle down,
and think about the incident,
then it becomes so scary...
what will happen if we decided to stop at the innest turning lane??
we would have been crashed like ba chor....
and i guess that's the last time u seen ah KiaT...
haha, so sad.
ah KiaT kept thinking la,
gosh there's so much thing i have not done in my life,
how can bye bye like that...
and what will happen to all my family friends etc...
like wad wacharawayne says,
life is fragile...
so drivers, do drive responsibily...
its not really scary now,
more of like wad if this and wad if that...

and what welcome me is the sight of Esther teaching the class....

well, in CF class, the session before break was the most productive,
and ah KiaT was really concentrating in listening to the tutorials,
but after break,
the session was completely dull,
with esther talking at 30 decibel.

finally ended the post-marathon mood,
its back to school again,
and 洗干呣多,
its decemember, and we have to revise our work now...

ohh yes.. :)
my 2nd time running the full marathon.
and hey yeah!!
we made it!!!
yes, we as in,
ah KiaT, Donovan, his friend alvin, Wacharawayne, his friend Tianlin...
we started with running with 5 people together,
before becoming the fantastic 4,
before becoming the 3 mustcateer,
before becoming the SD duo that went ahead...
hahaha...
and thank kiu you,
seeks, alex & ma de for coming to watch the run,
and getting sun-burnt,
and even though ma de has some mysterious breakfast date and have to leave early...
hahaha...
we arrived late this year,
all thanks to that TP who dunno for what reason close down the whole road at Gleneagles there.
and ah KiaT has to drive to Dempsy road try and bash through...
haha.. its like a maze there....
wayne, running his debut today, can really feel the degree of this run...
ah KiaT felt that this year run is more difficult & tough to complete than last year....
perhaps,
the lack of training really can be felt,
as well as the lack of a proper warm up....
last year run,
ah KiaT didnt suffer any cramps during the run...
however,
at East Coast 28KM mark,
the unthinkable happens...
ah KiaT's thigh become like those bodybuilder one,
as my quads can really be seen and felt..
so pain and the cramp is there...
twice, he stopped and not wanting to delay his buddy,
Donovan's run, he got them to go ahead...
hahaha,
the forever-buddy didnt complete the race together this time...
nvm,
cheeers for those who has completed the race..
u have reached a new stage of fitness!!!
a new goal in life!!!
its all about determination,
and for ah KiaT,
he definitely know what's the motivating factor behind finishing this run..
cheers for my friends who completed!!!
and after the run,
Ben joined us for lunch,
and we carbo-load again...
hahaha...
and saw alot of friends there,
mostly from army, my batch of friends...
and its just those joyous occasion...

Run your own race...
ah KiaT got it...
race pack for Standard Chartered 2007...
come this sunday, 02 Dec 2007...
with my ever-everything-buddy Donovan,
and Wacharawayne, who is making his debut this year at the international stage...
ah KiaT registered bit late this year, haha
can see from the registration number...
and glad to say, finally some hard work has been done...
Last sunday run was a great reminder that there is still alot more to be done.
under the gruelling condition of the mid-day sun, ah KiaT jogged for an hour before giving up.
its tough, sorching hot and his legs are still aching...
and that slight injury which occured during City Venture is back again...
oh my 天, what a great way to prepare for the run uh...
不听老人言,
ah KiaT is still so obstinate to go ahead for the run...
what an experience last year,
what a run with Donovan....
ah KiaT hope to recap those moments this year.
moreover, the finishing line may have bit more surprise this year....
however, 42km isnt 开玩笑..
ah KiaT is better physically & mentally prepared for this last year as compared to this year...
the target of under 5 hours is equally as slim as Singapore qualifying for WC2010...
hahas,
well well...
final preparation on tue and thurs....
its great to be involved in a big event everyyear..!!
maybe ah KiaT should try a bia-altholon then a tri some years later, while he is still young...
like what the PTI days have taught us,
there's no such thing as no time to train...

and Wacharawayne, who is making his debut this year at the international stage...
ah KiaT registered bit late this year, haha
can see from the registration number...
and glad to say, finally some hard work has been done...
Last sunday run was a great reminder that there is still alot more to be done.
under the gruelling condition of the mid-day sun, ah KiaT jogged for an hour before giving up.
its tough, sorching hot and his legs are still aching...
and that slight injury which occured during City Venture is back again...
oh my 天, what a great way to prepare for the run uh...
不听老人言,
ah KiaT is still so obstinate to go ahead for the run...
what an experience last year,
what a run with Donovan....
ah KiaT hope to recap those moments this year.
moreover, the finishing line may have bit more surprise this year....
however, 42km isnt 开玩笑..
ah KiaT is better physically & mentally prepared for this last year as compared to this year...
the target of under 5 hours is equally as slim as Singapore qualifying for WC2010...

final preparation on tue and thurs....
its great to be involved in a big event everyyear..!!
maybe ah KiaT should try a bia-altholon then a tri some years later, while he is still young...
like what the PTI days have taught us,
there's no such thing as no time to train...
its only ai or mai...
