Help has Arrived...(Specially for U)




不要讲多年的朋友没有帮你, ur needed help has arrived....
Dun say PTIs are nua, they do offer Best Advice when the situation occurs....
To start with, Fitness Conditioning is a Lifestyle... U need to incorporate it into a habit, then you wun find IPPT tough anymore...But nontherless, due to human behaviour, laziness steps in....
i also fall victim to him frequently... hahas.... hence all it takes is not discipline, but to link Fitness into ur busy lifestyle.... lol....Okie, long words short talk, do the following if u wanna achieve ur target within 1 month.....
u should start Interval Training. remember the time ratio which i said to u. you can consult me again on this, and clocking sufficient mileage is important before u do this.
Farklek(wadever the spelling la) is dem useful too.... and NOT to forget the Post-Exercise regime, proper cooling down....

Try to clock an average of a certain time, ie "X" per round.... X can be derived from Y, which is ur desired 2.4km time... Hence u take Y/6 = X and try to work within the X timing....ya... wad u see is wad u get.....



Do go Gym to strengthen ur lower limb muscle, do explosive training with due care, and do go swimming to build up aerobic fitness....

But dun concentrate all on 2.4, there are other stations involved, but im sure u have no probs with them hor?? hahaaas......

if companion is a problem, u can call 9CallKiat, and make arrangement with him.... Fyi, he has conditioned himself progressively since Standard Chartered... heeez.....anyway U can do it..... =)
