this week is a really nice wonderful week for ah KiaT.
incredibly, ah KiaT went gym 3 times this week,
and this fantastic lengthy swim today, that made ah KiaT so tired.
reminiscing last week swim with bert,
who kept brainwashing me with diving facts and stories.
hahaha.
okie, ah KiaT is gonna work and start saving for the exclusive trip, hopefully next year.
and one more cross on my to-do list.

well, its fitness program.
beside wanting to gain mass, personal health is also important.
somemore at this age where my senses are getting slower, reflexes are slower,
and memory failing me.

Freshmen Orientation Camp.
finally tuning my mood,
looking forward to it now....
but it would have been better if my friends were there,

last year was fun,
because of them around.
this year will be fun too.
