last week of Novmember.
school revision has been going on a slow snail pace,
which doesn't reflect well.
but sometimes why ah KiaT wun follow the objectives he set previously.

4 hours spent watching 4 soccer games.
caught the 3 matches at 11pm simultaneously,
and the last game which involves Manchester United.
well as expected,
after international duty,
all BIG 4 teams usually dont play well.
2 more weeks to Standard Chartered,
haven been running for past 1 wk.
well, hope to have another fun run this year.
Last year was really a disaster as per compared to 2006.
this year goodie bag collection is at EXPO!!!!!
ah KiaT dread that place, per se.
after the run,
shall resume my gym training!
alot of people say ah KiaT contracted!!!
shall hit the gym for more strength training.
i need more protein...
but ah KiaT went california with seeks last week.
it was quite a pleasant and unpleasant experience.
the staff inside were all well dressed.
filling up questionare and forms are always used with a Mont Blanc pen.

thats really call packaging.
the gym equipment there was great.
ah KiaT love free-motion machine.
and some of the machines ah KiaT didn't see before,
as there are so many ways/methods to train a specific body part.
but then,
after work timing is so damn pack.
u cant even find a free machine to use.
time was wasted finding the machine u want, waiting for people to finish.
its for experience ba,
as seeks bought the 1 month package thingy.
not belonging to the atas class society,
ah KiaT strongly think club fit suits him most.

anyway,
3 years 3 Mayday concert.
yes thou shall be going to their mini concert in 2009!!!
together with ah mei and ang seek.

ah KiaT is working now.
doing part time at City Gas Pte Ltd.
covering all job scope from admin to billing to customer service to scolding bag for customer.
this year is slightly challenging.
ah KiaT is helping a friend to actually market his wardrobe system.
those open concept, as well as walk in wardrobe kind.
hoping to learn bits and pieces along the way.

for once,
ah KiaT submitted a test in SIM.
just finished challenge shield today.
really, it was relief.
1 more event to go,
and honestly ah KiaT believes,
everyone 累了.
yes, so does ah KiaT.
tomorrow soccer again.
it's fun, playing soccer and catching up with friends again,
though for past few sessions,
ah KiaT couldnt join them for lunch as he need to work.
shall play this week before taking off for the next 2 weeks,
due to personal reasons and standard chartared fun.

以前重觉的到了这把年龄, 如果还有跟小学朋友联络那该多好...
because ah KiaT lost all the contacts of his primary schoolmates.
so whenever he come across friends who still keep in contact with their primary school friends,
its such a good thing!
BUT because of a technology call FACEBOOK,
ah KiaT may get that feeling back!
