saaatisfactionnnnn

from the dictionary,
it means,

1. an act of satisfying; fulfillment; gratification.
2. the state of being satisfied; contentment.
3. the cause or means of being satisfied.
4. confident acceptance of something as satisfactory, dependable, true, etc.


that's how ah KiaT feels,
from his 3rd In Camp Training.

imparting his knowledge during those RT sessions,
making the RT session seems fun and not dull.

YES,
Fitness Specialist at FCC is not those devils u dread to see in Tekong or Units.
Here, the Fitness Specialists are customer oriented,
attending to those unfit NS man.

the NS men felt great after my training,
and suddenly ah KiaT has the growing passion in coaching!
in fact he loves conduction lessons!
the pride in learning and sharing...

well, actually ah KiaT didn't really get to conduct much lessons,
as there are so many FS around,
and sometimes it's just the mindset of NS man.

2 weeks will soon be over,
and it's another enjoyable experience,
seeing back old friends,
except for the few brushes with the RP
and today the 您老兄 Artillery Formation RSM,
who criticize our long hair, our layback fuck up attitude as we never stand and acknowledge while talking to him.

no such thing as "Yes Sir, No Sir"
only, "Orh. Har." or "Reservist eh!"

and complaining to my fellow innocent NSF colleague as he know he's banging a wall talking to us. loser.
and our attire as we are wearing track pants, which is actually our official attire.

and to think we actually help them conduct IPPT.
hai, army is just like that.
my OC never even complain anything, 轮得到你来哭爸!

life is just like that.
our attitude perhaps is really bo chup,
but wad to do when u wake up on the wrong side of bed and need to report camp at 0730hrs!

[ps:haha typical singaporean. blame everything but himself]


nonetheless,
ah KiaT learnt new things again!

原来 there's also another effective and fastest way to train for 2.4KM without doing speed training on the tracks or doing fartlek.

To share with all,
do gym cycling, maximum effort!
重点 is really maximum effort!
total 6 sets, alternate days training.
60s maximum effort cycling, 90s rest = 1 set.

haha try it!
after 3-4 sets, ur leg will feel numb and u just see the motion of ur legs moving up and down and up and down.

it seems effective as ah KiaT no longer pant as much as before while running,
but results will show on sat IPPT,
which should be silver la.
Target November GOLD!

my legs are still whobby. :(

time for a rest after a super super long day!
just returned home from supper with eddy & wayne and a slight drinking session.


sometimes, people envy ah KiaT reservist life.
even the NS man say so.
Ya, its really relax and easy, no jungle no number 4.
but the working hours are damn long.
well, both good and bad la,
anw, this unit will be gone, forever in history soon...

Reservist End = Start of Unemployment.

if only SAF sub ah KiaT a canteen operating license,
hahahaha bi tang liao la!

okie to share something again,
Manchester United will draw Arsenal this weekend!!!
sadly though.
