跑一跑


this sunday, the REAL run. 15km.
ah KiaT is training well, clocking close to that mileage in his routine training.
afew mondays training with the Hotstuffs, and the next few mondays of absence, ah KiaT had to make up for loss time by running at night.

跑步其实不難。
it's not just the mental strength but also the posture and techniques that made running easy and enjoyable.
it's a bless that ah KiaT enjoy running from young. progressing from short runs, to cross country, to marathons.

有冇有人要隨我一起跑?

create your lifestyle.
make running more interesting and enjoyable.

do beware of sports injury.
do plenty of warm up before run.
but do not confuse warm up with stretching.
do the right thing!
