Running long distance needs conditioning...
and,
Conditioning needs time....

No point of pushing yourself over limits when no adequate training is done...
Athletics fear sports injury..
Know your strength, know ur weakness...
and plan ur own strategy...
just like how Man C plan their own to defeat Man U, unfortunately...

Whats the timing u clocked?
a marathon is not a battle against time, but a battle against urself...
the achievement that u get upon completion, even if u clock 8 hrs 53min.
