its 0303hrs in the wee morning, and ah KiaT is still not asleep....
and after a glass of Marigold Peel Fresh Aero Vera with White Grapes drink, ah KiaT cooked a packet of his favourite Ramen, and to go with a new cup of milo...
He seems to eat at anytime he likes. There is this time where he ate 2 X half boil eggs at 2am..... hahas...

its so late le, and ah KiaT has to wake up real early for the 2nd round of interview tomorrow.... No wonder Ma De keeps nagging me to sleep early, and always complain about my blood-shot eyes... But ah KiaT is really not tired, after that refreshing Hot Shower... He is sleepy yet not tired...

Last year, Donovan & ah KiaT had a beautiful, enjoyable & romantic run together, from start to finish...
Running together will help u to 培养感情....
if u had read ah KiaT's blog all along, u would have noticed the training program that our dear coach, Donovan drafted out...
Hahas..... its a good training program, but to my dear friends there who are running for the 1st time,
its all in the mind....
42.195KM isn't that long actually, but beside physical strength, u will need mental strength to complete...
so, do get a running partner to motivate each other during the run....
ah KiaT will be delighted if u ask him for that...
but do make sure u can catch up with him, he can run fast...
