Well, our body can be classified into 3 different groups.... all thanks to ah Chua, who revived these 3 words in my memory~


this is wad ah Chua says....

Ectomorph are for people like me and donovan.... Small built, hard to gain weight, but easy to lose them....
Mesomorph are for people like Kwek and Joe.... Easily Muscular, well porpotioned body, easily gain and lose weight.....
Endomorph are for people like him.... Not necessarily fat but easy to gain weight and hard to lose them...

Had a small chat with him today, and have u ever come across a feeling where u suddenly want to meet up wif those good friends that u hardly see nowadays???
well, simply give those people a page and meet up....

and nowadays small boy boy ah beng are very weak.... Lao Chup conduct 1 training for Arti mono-intake and 1/3 of them fall out... HAHA.... lasttime when im there where got like this one..


What will i do for ICT???
as im a non-FCC PTI, most likely i will mend the gym.....

and then Wacharawayne comes he can get gold, as i will close 2 eyes....

okies, everyday i finish studying i come online to do blogging.... its like become a habit... cannot, must change..... rather spend this time 陪 Grandpa Zhou more...
shall not write so often le, but then..... its a way to destress & connect wif my pals via internet..... hahas....


Super Sunday was spent jogging, KTV-ing @ home, studying, 和平的代价, watching the Magpies draw the Chelski....
