故事从2004年开始......

there was when everyone knows ah KiaT has a problem with his knee-cap...
and its due to the fact he didnt maintain well from young,
always jump here, jump there awkardly....

and when SBJ comes,
the sound "PIAAAAKKK" is really deafening...
ya its true... everyone is shocked to hear it,
thats why Patella, which is the name of the bone at the knee cap, is formed...


come yesterday,
ah KiaT tried SBJ once more...
and the PIAAAAKKK sound comes out again....
234cm...far cry from the PB.. :(
alas... more conditioning needed!!!

and today marks the end of Low Key ICT....
which is pretty enjoyable...
my muscles are aching, really....
the gym there is really world-class, especially the newest technology, the Free Motion machine....
and ah KiaT grows tanner, thanks to the various soccer session with them...

and there's this guy who came to me and ask if im from SIM...
and say he saw me before in PBF...
arrrghh, PBF!!!!

so ah KiaT 了解了一点....
the level of AA-ness varies inversely with the results...
so hmmm.. we all know...
actually, thats not really the case, but then....

anw, daily routine shall carry on...
and its so coincidence....
Bernard, the other NS-PTI, his birthsday is the exact same day as mine...
and we wish each other, Happy Birthsday..
hahaahaas....


and ICT is so so much fun,
being back to Khatib camp, ah KiaT saw alot of Arti regular people there,
as he know them through his NSF days..
and it was nice catching up with them....

BUT,
the nicest thing is to receive compliments.!!
ya, ah KiaT loves compliments...
infact i think everyone loves compliments...
i dun believe someone will say,
"yucks, i hate people saying good about me..."

hahas, then must be smiling inside...

ah KiaT receives compliment from 2 NS men today...
and that really make my day...

the iceing on the cake...
haha, do i use it correctly??

coz the other Remedial Training on Tuesday,
there is this NS Man, who die die cannot jump 216 for SBJ,
as 216 is the passing mark...
Failing which, will means 4 more weeks of RT training, where all NS man hates..
try asking Shun Chye...
haha oppps....

so ah KiaT taught and advised him that day,
where he did 216 today, from 198cm....
haha.. im even happier than him....


and this guy who fail SBJ today,
and tried countless time again but still get 212cm....
So, the old bird PTI took over,
and after that he got 216cm...
hahas...

ah KiaT is not 号练 la....
but coz he himself cant jump far last time,
so he just use wad he learnt and experienced and share with people...
The joy on their face, their radiant smile and the Thank Kiu You pat on my shoulder really marks my day...

i guess i really like teaching...
be it teaching or coaching...
hmmmmm..
maybe that line in future???
hahas.. blehz.

imparting skills is so much fun!!...
haha.. anw 1 ICT completed...
