today is Saturday.
Orchard Road lightings are up.
England will know if their ticket to Switzerland is confirmed.

finally time @ home to relax.
Standard Chartered is in 3 weeks time.

when there's no time to train,
this is the fastest way.....

he is going to run consecutively for 2 hrs tomorrow, before preceeding to maybe 3 hrs next week....
well, its risky.
though his conditioning is around there,
however consider his broken ankle and that right hamstring suffered from CV...
dun try la folks,
if u haven done this before...

my friends are terrified at hearing the Piaaak sound on my left ankle...
lets hope it isnt serious...

so,
ah KiaT going plan where to run for that 2 hours...
2 hrs should clock around 15+++km.
well im old.
