ah KiaT mentioned about going for a jog today!!!
and what a run...!!!
he clocked quite a distance today...
from 0830, when the alarm ring...
all the way to 1130....

wooooosh....
满足感???

yeah man,
if only ah KiaT wasnt running on his bed,
lying down half awake half dreaming....


STOP PROCRASTINATING....
gotta do something about it...
